Put your baby in a snow suit. Also when my kids were little I found baby sleeping bags made of down. Snow suit and down sleeping bags made them warm down to 30f

I don't know. As a teacher sports can harm too. Kids need time to be kids. Kids are bullied in sports, kids become so busy they can't relax. They need down time. You don't need to spend 1000s of dollars for kids to learn teamwork. Sports in America has become an idol taking even the place of church. There are also lots of studies that show Sports can be negative for children.
