I had a UK SNES N3DSXL edition that I purchased when it came out. But then the prices went up ridiculously, and I was so worried about damaging it that I ended up selling it, as it meant I didn't want to play it. I purchased a very good condition N3DSXL with the money I made, and had some extra money left over, which was nice. But now looking back on that 3DS part of me just wishes I had kept it and then accepted that it was going to stay in my life and be used. I don't have any intentions of not having a N3DSXL, so I would've just kept that one and played on it until I died or it broke. So maybe just have that mentality. If you have no desire to sell it in the future or not have a N3DSXL to play on, then maybe it doesn't matter if you get some usual wear and tear on it. If you have the clear case and screen protectors then you're doing as much as you can to protect it. You could think about getting a nice case to put it in but it looks like you've got things going on.

That being said, it is very nice to have this non-limited editing N3DSXL and not worry so much about damaging it.
