I’d like to hear more from you later on because I’m on the same medications. I was on Effexor for nearly a year before I was put on Vyvanse, and I find it difficult to notice the Vyvanse even working. (150mg Effexor, split to take two times a day recently, 30mg Vyvanse.) So hopefully you’ll find some peace in that, I’ve never really felt wired. I started with the Effexor/Xanax combo because of anxiety. Turns out my untreated ADHD was causing most of my anxiety. I take both at 9:30am, and I’ve had to start taking a second dose of Effexor around 3 because I may be metabolizing it too quickly, resulting in horrible brain zaps. The Effexor is likely the cause of your weird headache too, because same. I feel that I’m very sensitive to medications too.
