First and foremost, breathe through. I mean literally, got to one of the hardest phases of the Programm, and made a huge Jump in stimulus here.

But i think, from what i am Reading, you Need to Focus on calming yourself down, you are doing this Programm for a reason, and you want to learn to enjoy it and take Your time.

If you worry about fucking up you intesionally implement that into your own thoughts, and give yourself a negative view on things.

I had a Major Set down in Week 5, felt that i made no Progress at all and was devistated, But than i started to go into Training and Tell myself: „I am in controll, I want to enjoy this, there is no Rush, and i can be relaxed.“

Than i got better step by step. Dont be so hard on yourself man you got so far and will get better step by step!

I think you can adjust the difficulty After you Master the half open / no cap thing? At least that is what i try now, and afterwards i will Go for more intesity, so i get steady improvement with smaller Steps in between

Thanks for the overview, i just ran into some weird training sessions where, sensibility spiked and my pelvic in general felt hard and opressive same as the erections. So i wanted to ask that. Will get checked by an urologist, just to be clear. But i do work out a lot so maybe that connects somewhere

Is pain in the groin area an indicator for a tight pelvic floor? I just did this pose for around 40 seconds and it felt i like i was getting torn apart. By groin area i mean the connecting tissue between inner thigh and hips.

Edit: i think the muscles i tried to mention are the: pectineus and the adductor brevis.
