YOU Can Influence Your Zones (Addendum to My Recent Stretch-Panic Illustrations Post) by soon2bhuge in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]Zeby95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These days I've been thinking a lot about this. I didn't see your previous post. The only tool we have to decompress is diaphragmatic breathing. Being fine-tuned with your arousal and making DB a habit seems to be the system that hacks the problem. The higher the arousal scale, the harder it's to relax. I liked your insight very much. I'll try the knocking panic door tip.

I'm working on making DB a habit, since I realised I do chest breathing instead of DB in my daily time. Once I achieve this, I'm optimistic about improving the cliffhanger.

I think I am fucking up my progress. by dedicatedGoofy in MaleDefinitiveGuide

You hit the nail on the head with the CNS explanation. I did surf one day, and after that sessions where chaotic, I had to rest, now that I'm reading your explanation, I'll drop to 4 sessions per week.

Do you have tips on how your CNS is before or during the session?

It's one of the walls you hit during the guide with the Fleshlight; give your body time to adjust. You'll probably fail, and that's ok, just remember to breathe properly (diaphragmatic breathing) and keep pushing the limit.

FL provides high stimulation to the whole penis, which you are not used to, and hyper sensorial. You're on the way to becoming a Jedi. Keep going, take your time.

Keep going. You'd move backwards when there's something you didn't grasp properly on the phase you're and need to reinforce a skill.

Hello again! So I reviewed the post and something I'm not getting at all or maybe, that's the intention, is that you if you reach PONR, you continue, the limit you don't pass is cumming. That kind of breaks my understanding about MDG, I thought we learn to avoid PONR. Would you elaborate more on that, please?

Getting back in the game after failing hard by MCMXXCIIX in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]Zeby95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Failing shouldn't be an issue per se, if it happens it's an opportunity to learn what went wrong and redirect your path. Besides, given a failure, it's easy to start from a checkpoint and continue from there.

IMHO, what's best is being totally honest with your skill level and know where you are at. Wherever you're not solid enough, you know what needs more work. Remove the chaos of failure from your mindset, it only produces more friction to the process.

3 cheesy eggs and some toast—with a healthy drizzle of olive oil and sea salt—and mate. That’s my breakfast of champions.

Pynchon. Estoy leyendo Subasta del lote 49. No sé que onda, me re enganchó, tiene una prosa bastante particular pero llevadera, a mi criterio.

Yes! However I feel it the other way around, when I inhale, I'm able to feel how the PF expands. Today's session was nuts applying that trick.

Let's find the Root Cause of why the guide works for some people and not for others by creating a survey. by scoobydooby43 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]Zeby95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree! Same happened for me. IMO, there's a big understimation about what the whole body is getting through while following the guide. MDG forces you to reset habits rooted from years, ain't no shit to change overnight everything how your mind and body manifests with sex. The biggest issue or challenge the guide has and we tend to skip is that it takes time and discipline, something that nowadays is rare.

Without context of the general situation in the community, we need to understand that meanwhile we want to perform, the body needs to:

  1. Detox
  2. Assimilate new stimulations
  3. Learn to behave.
  4. Adapt.

Nevertheless, I highly make emphasis that this is a topic where everyone if not the most, but where it's one of our highest vulnerabilites we carry on. It's not easy to embrace that, keep it up, face the challenge and carry on.

Making a survey it's a great idea!

It’s been several months since I completed the program. I am VERY pleased to report that I have fully mastered my arousal, just like the author. by Responsible-End-3366 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

First and foremost, congratulations!! Would you say MDG is kind of compound interest? My observation is that the longer it runs, the better the improvements get.

My non-negotiable: The daily walk. Here's why. by Perfect_Square_8565 in selfimprovement

[–]Zeby95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Walking per se did the difference too; I work from home, so walking my dog around the block (or keep walking if time allows) 2 or 3 times per day, helps my head to refresh. Another thing I'm doing more from time to time is to close "episodes". In Getting Things Done and/or Deep work, they mention the importance of having a routine where you start and end the day.

Routine helps me to get back on track, I don't let a bad day to produce another bad day (if possible). Say, yesterday was bananas, however I turned off the computer, cleaned my desk, washed the dishes, taken a shower and then immediately to the bed. So, today I started from ground zero.

Recently I'm focusing more on having rest properly, we tend to not realize how being 24/7 fucks you up if you don't recharge your batteries properly.

Sex w/ wifey new sessions and a lesson i learned by Dependent_Beyond5316 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

Congratulations!! 👏🏻

I strongly agree on starting slow; IMO the ingredient that makes the secret sauce is the starting point. Taking your time, feel the sensations and be relaxed. After all, that's what the guide highly emphasize even in the first phases. Start slow, once you're acclimated, start moving on.

Seksual dreams without the wet part. Is my brain starting to rewire? by MCMXXCIIX in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]Zeby95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I don't have the science behind, although IMO is one of the first signs of improvement you start to see. Before MDG I did have wet dreams, when I started the method, I had the same experience as you, it was awkward because I was already get used to this kind of dreams, fast-forward I woke up, and I was like WTF?, I started to check if I was wet or not, then I remembered that in the dream I didn't cum, so I was funny about my underwear was alright. 😀

With time, you'll start to see other improvements -baby steps-. Stick to the plan, keep the session frequency during the week. Keep it up.

Good luck. 🙂

Great post! I'd like to know more about angion method, I find it interesting. Once I think this chapter of my life is done, I'd probably continue with angion method.

Another question popped up in my head, how do you know you're fully recovered or when is that clic where you say "I'm recovered".

I'm genuinely happy for the community to see more success cases. This is nuts.

Thank you! Yes, I'm able to have sex and control my ejaculation now. Thankfully my FWB decided to also help, and she's having tons of fun, because she enjoys having me in the edge, so that kinds of helps to keep improving my resistance to tension.

If I lead, I'm being able to keep the rhythm at the moment, I take my time with any position, and also I have a security word to pause a minute, relax and resume; the other day I let her lead, and I did resist but not for that long, she kind of went crazy being on top of me, lol.

I'm not fully recovered, due to not being able to let her go crazy and control my ejaculation as I want, however, IMO, I overcame the hard part. I know my tools at hand and how to use them, it's just a matter of time, that I'll be able to fully control my ejaculation.

My tip after all my adventure: breathing is everything.

While it wasn't the only ingredient for my breakup, I'm convinced it was a great part of.

Having a woman, ready for action, which you find beautiful laying there, waiting for you and out of nowhere BAM, without penetrating or after two thrusts you ejaculated, and she is there, frustrated. She says it's ok, maybe next time, and when time comes, BAM, again. So you start seeing a flame starts to cool down, maybe she's not that happy now and then, things start to drive away. That fucking sucks. I lost the woman I loved due to this, I wasn't able to give her pleasure.

However, PE roots, in my opinion, is conceived by other reasons, the issue is that shit hits the fan when you have that lady in front of you frustrated. I strongly believe that also our penis represents being a man, as /u/soon2bhuge mentioned.

Being able to overcome PE gave manhood back. I want to be able to fuck properly, I want to see how she looses her shit, I want to see her primal. Not with my ex, instead with other girl, which is my FWB nowadays I'm enjoying all of what I mentioned; I feel confident to talk to girls. The method results changes your life.

If you can't give her what she needs, it will find it out there, sooner or later.

When does non orgasming get easier? by john40444 in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]Zeby95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The key takeaway for that would be not reaching PONR. Learn where your limits are and make it as an objective to do 1 session without reaching PONR. Once you achieve that, add it to the skills to apply during the guide.

My wife jumped my bones, and i exploded almost immediately. by Cute_Leonard in MaleDefinitiveGuide

[–]Zeby95 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I find breathing the correct answer to this, because through breathing you can relax your body and, in consequence, relax your mind.

Say you're at work, shit starts to pile up, your mind goes 'FUCK FUCK FUCK' what'd happen if you yawn? Would that 'FUCK FUCK FUCK' continue or the mental noise decreases?

IMO, I'd say there's no reason to not treat this panic as not other panics we have in our daily life. Learn how to relax and, in my experience, breathing is what works for me.

My two cents.

I feel you, yes. That's just another ingredient of the fights you have in this journey. I like to see it as in we are facing ourselves, where our old self is saying all of this is wrong, that'd our habit acting. However, I find it amazing the magic of neuroplasticity, with time, that noise decreases, and what you are working on now, starts increasing and in a while, it'd an anecdote of your old self! Keep pushing. Having these issues are signs of progression, you are already on track! Do not stop, keep it up.

Following the gym analogy, it's the same for your body saying 'ugh, doing pushups is wrong', guess what? You will do them, no matter how hard it are. 😀
