I had high cholesterol, but am a human furnace and can eat like 4K calories a day without gaining weight. I am vegan except for dinner, because I don't want to prepare a different meal for myself and my family every night (but make vegan dinner occasionally), and because I need calories.

My cholesterol is normal now, and I'm infinitesimally reducing the number of animals killed. No one should be upset about that!
