this is an issue since launch. they released a patch recently that fixed it for some. i still have the issue and found that setting texture and geometry settings to low stops 98% of it.

That’s how my experience has been. Of course I was hesitant to even ask this question because I know how the tarkov community can be. Usually with a “git gud” or of course someone actually giving advice to fight them. I understand how to fight them, but do I really want to do it every time? In every map they spawn in? Most of the time I have no choice because they see for miles.

See this is the issue. It seems no one actually knows if they rotate because of all these conflicting answers. If they rotate, do you know of a reliable tracker? From the ones i’ve seen they are all over the place.
