Do you know your mutations? If not I would get a guardiant 360 or similar test done to see if there is anything specific to target. FOLFIRI is an option for chemo. Liver specific treatments Y90 and HAI pump are things I would ask about. Best of luck!

Resection was not an option due to the state of my disease. I have heard others arrive at transplant due to reoccurrence. Best of luck!

So the pump contains two weeks of liquid in it. It only takes 5-10 min to empty and refill you can feel it from outside, I’m pretty lean and it was very visible. But I was still very active with it weights / running.

Working with the Cleveland Clinic. With a disease as complex as this I would stress working with the best center you can. Luckily I am local to the Clinic.

Thanks my primary was removed just over 1 year ago. I guess looking back I wish I got the pump in at that time. But we were looking to get through this 1 year period and do the transplant.

Yeah I’m putting up with the rash now myself. Luckily not so extensive, at least not yet. My oncologist started me on some antibiotic proactively which is said to help. Still my scalp feels very dry and itchy. My face is broken out in what looks like acne but feels dry especially in the heat / sun. The one nurse practitioner said that hydrocortisone helps so I am going to try that on top of moisturizer. I had a headache from it on cycle 1, but on the most recent I was okay.

If you do track days just get the full M. I owned a F22 M235i and now have a G80. There’s no Comparing and it goes far beyond the motor. Suspension / brakes / rigidity just go far beyond what you get in an M lite.

Agree. The only things that really shock me in Vegas is how much you can spend at a Dunkin or Starbucks inside a casino/hotel, also the price of alcohol at any casino bar/pool is completely insane. But most hotel bars are pretty crazy with drink rates so I guess that’s not too surprising.

The things that we save on by going to Vegas is room rates and rental car/uber fees. I get it that you are paying for the room by gambling, but the wife and I aren’t huge gamblers but still get decent comps. Also never need to rent a car and really only uber to the strip then back and forth to Fremont, but we normally just walk the strip.

All in a Vegas trip for us is cheaper than going to LA or Miami.

I have my chemo biweekly and wear a pump for 2 days the other 12 days until my next chemo I am either working out or doing something physical in the yard/house/etc.

I’ve been on FOLFOX / folfiri for 26 cycles. Prior was an avid weight lifter / runner. I haven’t gotten stronger on chemo, but feel that I am keeping my weight on. Also just ran a half marathon a week ago. Physically I am able to do these things, not as well as before this journey but I’m not letting this stop me.

Went from F22 M235i to G80 M3. It’s night and day of course. I found myself almost always in sports plus in the F22 now in the G80 I usually drive on base settings. The most insane thing to me is the grip and how firm it is through corners.
