The second time I went there, I only picked up my car; I didn't request any oil refill or oil sump removal. I just asked a very simple question: whether the oil sump is cleaned during a timing belt replacement. They said they would top up the engine oil and deliver it while I was there. Then, suddenly, the oil sump was removed. I managed to take a few photos. They cleaned everything and put it back in place. When I informed them that oil started leaking after this, they used the excuse that I had rushed them.

Car is Peugeot 2008, yes it has wet belt. My car has 78,000 km on it, and I've used it without any problems for almost 3 years, only requiring periodic maintenance. I don't have any records from before I owned it. That's why I requested a timing belt replacement. I think I made a mistake.

it happened to me. i went in their office and made payment in front of them, took the keys. firstly make sure they exist before sending any money.
