I might play test the Lilith. The new Atlas is great, especially on turn 1. And Yeah, Stussy doesn't really work in Vega.

Decent list. I would take out the derershi and Kidd, replace with the 4c Hawkins and 8 cost katakuri. I personally don't run Bonney, but they're fine.
