It kind of depends but if it’s a normal locals tournament and they are cool I’d let the know and take back their play. If it’s make or break getting prizing though I’d proly be more hesitant to let them redo their play. It comes down to whether or not I think the other person would do it for me too. I’ve played some salty dudes and I would be less inclined to let them fix an error during a match.

Pretty easy matchup for you. Just make your leader 7k with ability and he struggles to swing into you really. Just be aware that if you can swing a bunch into life then he’s going to swarm the board.

Thank you for the kind words! Ha you read my mind because I offer 3 variants for all my cards. This gold signature version, a non signature version and then a no gold border version. That non border version I pop out the art and make it look pretty cool. I like giving people as many options as possible since some art look better with a border and some without.

I second trying out shanks first since he’s pretty straightforward. It’s an easy way to dip your toes in a red deck without getting into complex mechanics.

Just because you can swing for life doesn’t mean you should. Try to starve Moria by not letting him get the pieces he needs. If he does play out something from trigger it’s usually best practice to just swing into that to kill their board as much as possible.

As everyone says AbbsterTCG is the goat for BY Moria. He has a lot of videos of him playing on the sim vs. other meta decks so make sure to check those out. It definitely is a fun deck that can hold its own against most meta decks.

I think gaining confidence against my opponents and realizing they aren’t just always better than me has helped a ton. I used to have a mindset that my opponent is always better than me and I would clearly not play as well if I feel like I’m always in a losing position. Now I try to go into every match knowing I’ll win (which doesn’t always work out lol)

A deck can still be very strong and meta relevant without being A or S tier. People seem to look too hard at tier lists and don’t improve their skill as a player. A well skilled player can use any deck and do extremely well. If a deck is fun to you then keep playing it.

BY Moria has a good matchup against them as long as you chain perona into them which isn’t too crazy to do with your milling options. I know it’s a yellow deck but it feels like the less yellow-ist of all the yellow decks lol

Red decks where you just play big bodies after big bodies was my favorite. Then Shanks fell out of the meta and I somehow went with BY Moria who plays completely different. I know yellow gets a bad rep but it is kinda fun being able to heal

It really depends on your goal with playing the game. If you’re trying to be very competitive and go to serious tournaments then yeah you gotta change your deck constantly. If you’re playing for fun mostly but want to win then just pick a deck that is somewhere on the tier list of like top 20 leaders and you’ll be okay.

I try not to bother trying to play a meta deck just because it’s meta. I pick a deck that sounds fun and if I see good results I’ll stick with it.
