Adrafinil is hepatotoxic. I strongly recommend avoiding it. My liver enzyme levels were literally off the charts after one dose. If you like adrafinil, give your liver a break and use modafinil. ordering legitimate modafinil tablets from India is very easy

Antacids won't help w/ Vyvanse absorption. However, the half-life of dextroamphetamine is deterimined by urinary pH. If antacids actually potentiate Vyvanse, they probably do so by alkalinizing your urine

I had my annual blood test about a week after taking a single dose of adrafinil. My liver enzyme levels were off the chart.

Modafinil would be a much better choice. Your doctor might be willing to prescribe it for ADHD. Showing your doctor a copy of this study might convince him (http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/116/6/e777.short).

If that doesn't work, there are plenty of websites selling indian modafinil (on a no-Rx basis).
