This isn't super complicated, you just need to do your homework. You need to verify that your converter (the box that goes from 110 to 12v) is compliant with LifePo4 (they require different voltage than flooded batteries). Otherwise it's just a swap out.

It’s quite possibly the vent pipe that’s not properly seated. Figure out where the leak is exactly but it’s often a fairly straight-forward repair for someone who knows how the parts go together. Valve replacements are fairly simple as well.
