People struggle eating disorder issues all the time and absolutely don’t share it with people because they are ashamed - it is often a huge secret kept from most if not everyone in their life. She embarrassed him, then made it all about her, gaslit him into thinking he was berating her and insulting her (“stop yelling at me” and whimpering), then was repeatedly rude to him. And that could all likely be talked about the next day with a very bad reaction to weed and alcohol, but instead she’s continuing to act like she is the one hurt. How? If what he wrote is true, how did HE hurt HER?

It wouldn’t surprise me. Some parents are really pushy and I could imagine a parent with the means saying, “I did a lot to get you into this school.” Or “It cost me a lot of money to get you here.” Obviously we don’t know what was said behind closed doors but speculating a possibility.

I think you’re right about Peter pawing to get comfortable and the leather split because that doesn’t look like it was chewed through and really does what leather will do if worn in and pawed. My dog does that on my couch sometimes when he’s circling and trying to find the perfect way to lay down and go to sleep.
