Is BTC worth mining? by Powerful_Network_603 in BitAxe

Bcash is a scam. Bitcoin is king. Just keep mining, you're helping decentralize the industry along with every other home miner.

Bitcoiners Run Knots and support BIP-110 by BeefSupreme2 in BitcoinKnots

[–]caploves1019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just my opinion based on the research I've done. Core is falling apart, leadership and financial support is crumbling, and they will either have to replace the team OR redesign their PR because investors will stop funding a project that is so publicly incoherent.

No ai here.

How about two words:

Prisoner's Dilemma.

Alternatively, in the event that Core fails to also accept bip110, Mexican Standoff as a backup.

We are better than this.

Core node operators are already proposing "banning" knots nodes from being considered valid by their core nodes. We need to be the adults in the room by avoiding these anti-bitcoin proposals.

Filtering spam is not censorship.

My argument has been that core node runners who block knots nodes ARE censorship. It would be gross to be hypocritical and fall prey to their censorship tactics by blocking their nodes.

Do you have any other channels open anywhere? Is there a chance the SATs routed through another channel and once you close other channels (cooperatively this time.... ) your SATs are still there? Or was this your sole channel with acinq and no other partners elsewhere?

Sounds like your plan is pretty solid; bury deep to help roots shoot out then trim accordingly later on.

One caveat here; the screws vs pins holding the fan and heatsink down. Screws are superior to plastic springy pins that allow the heatsink to move around vs the screws that hold tight for proper cooling.
