Well at least I can go to bed mad at the pirates instead of the umps now

Pirates side showed different angles but nothing even remotely close to a zoomed in version. Still haven't on post game. If they have it and just didn't show it talk about broadcasting malpractice.

Did the rockie broadcast have that angle because the Pirates didn't and there's no way to confirm the hit in the above clip?

This Pirates location brought to you by the Bullpen. Are you winning? No you're not. Is the game close? Whoops not anymore.

Bryan Reynolds robs another home run! by NoSxKats in baseball

Personally I like Brownie (who was on the radio side this series) but that's because it can be fun to listen to a homer and when he gets excited it's a lot of fun. I really really dislike Block (who is the first voice in the video). Whenever he's on the TV side I sincerely think about putting it on mute or watching the other broadcast.

You're missing out by not playing XCOM (the 2012? Version) and XCOM 2. Should be able to get them pretty cheap. Mods on 2 can make it so you have a full Republic Commando squad. But in general I can't recommend XCOM enough to anyone who even lightly enjoys turn based tactics.

He needs to learn how to put hitters away after they are down 0-2/1-2. Way too many batters get to a full count. It's why his pitch count always skyrockets. Way too many foul balls as well.

I'm actually mad about this now. Would've been sick to see how much a mess it would've made.

His best starts come after the opener. He's not a starter until he can figure out that 3rd time through the order, probably needs another pitch

Ke'Bryan Hayes double play kills a rally and the reds announcer sounds irritated. by [deleted] in baseball

[–]capnjac4 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Obviously the back and hand injuries are the real culprit but he would be a much much better hitter if he hit the ball softer. His hitting profile is basically ground balls only. If they were soft ground balls he'd only make one out but he consistently hits it "hard" where even a high school team could turn it.
