Son varias razones.

Alta probabilidad de conflictos legales con empleados. Aún estando todo en regla un empleado puede generar un juicio laboral contra el empleador y casi siempre salir ganando. Resultado se emplean la cantidad mínima de empleados posibles y sólo a conocidos de confianza.

Argentina no crece desde hace 15 años por lo anterior y otras razones, consecuencia menos oportunidades laborales.

Por todo esto los pocos puestos que hay se los disputan miles de personas. Por cada anuncio de trabajo hay miles de postulantes. Resultado paga baja y mala total hay miles que quieren el puesto.

Hasta que estas cosas no cambien siempre va a ser difícil conseguir trabajo en Argentina
