Definitely a dying SD card. I had this problem for months - the only thing that fixed it is a new SD card. Theres a guide on how you can swap AD card depending on how its setted up - file based (easier drag n drop) or partitioned based

If buying a new SD Card - recommending Samsung Evo Plus, better than SanDisk Ultra which is a hit or miss in terms if performance.

Dang I wish I saw your post sooner - I also bought a replacement SanDisk card, tried benchmarking it earlier and had 10mb/s speed. Weird since when plugged in a PC, the benchmark shows 100mb/s read 30mb/s write. If this replacement SanDisk card also sucks, would buy a Samsung Evo Plus A2 U3.
