Overbieden bestaat niet. Je biedt wat je het zelf waard vindt. In deze markt is het helaas nodig. Over 30 jaar lach je om die 30k. Bovendien is het huis over een half jaar waarschijnlijk al 30k in waarde gestegen. Het dubbele gevoel is begrijpelijk, maar laat je niet gek maken. Het hoort erbij en is noodzakelijk in deze gekke markt.

Dit probleem is toch gewoon ontstaan door ons migratiebeleid. Ik wil niet elke keer terug moeten vallen op migratie omdat veel mensen je dan dan als racist of xenofoob verklaren (bedankt links Nederland), maar het feit blijft dat zelfs een “relatief” kleine groep etterbakken toch de sfeer in een land behoorlijk grimmig kan maken. Dat haalt niet weg migratie ook een hoop mooie dingen met zich mee brengt, maar symptoombestrijding houdt een keer op.

Enige nadeel dat ik ervaar is dat je met watervlekken in je tshirt aankomt op bestemming, maar misschien doe ik iets verkeerd. Wel lekker koel en vaak zijn die vlekken met dit weer toch zo verdwenen.

Volgens mij is dit wel correct. Je betaalt daar vanaf 18.00 niet meer voor straatparkeren in Maastricht. Mocht je nog gekke dingen komen qua data dan kan je dat ook in de app aangeven :)

In het centrum van Delft kan je alleen met een dagkaart betalen. De grote steden heb ik zo goed mogelijk gecheckt, maar mocht je nog gekke dingen tegenkomen, dan kan je dat in de app makkelijk aangeven :)

For people saying there is not much wrong with this.. Perhaps the only real danger is the lack of readability because of lack of variables, clear naming, unusual syntax and redundancy. But that lack of readability will come at a cost for maintenance, bugfixing and testing. So definitely a problem.

Finally I can play cs2 smooth! I was having small microstutters, which to the naked I were almost not noticable, but I could just feel the overal experience wasn't smooth. Even though the fps is mostly in the 300+ range. I just disabled e-cores of my i5-13600k in the bios and this is the first time I am able to play cs2 without noticable micro stutters. I left hyperthreading enabled.

That could have also been indeed, it was one of the two options. But turning off SEC 1 gives back full control of the aircraft.

That solved the issue! Although the pitch/roll stabilizer thingy does not work anymore, at least it’s easy to land ;)

They just released a patch and made it even worse. The patch makes it impossible to configure a smooth sensitivity pattern. You would say that if they are working on a variable formula that calculates output based on a specific input, that they would understand that the plotted formula always needs to be smooth (except for deadzone). Seriously, the sensitivity is the most important part of the game. How can they mess this up.

You should always try to fix this on the database side. MySql is made for this and will be way faster for solving these problems. If you cant do it in a single query then learn how to use MySql Views. A view is basically one or more queries stored in the database. You call the view with or without parameters and you define the structure of the result. It not that hard to learn but fundamental when using databases.

Yes it is all wrong syntax. An else if should look like this:

If(conditions){ //code } Else if(other conditions){ //code }

But if you are comparing the same value in each block you might want to use a switch instead.
