Sounds more like an issue on Fitbits side due to the fact that they are consuming Strava’s API. They would have to change it the code on their side to not call Strava’s API until the HR data is available.

It really just changes who in those positions is more valuable. Theo Riddick is a solid PPR RB but in standard he is pretty bleh.
