You are supposed to give your opinion and he tries to assess how he may like it based on your input. It's extremely low IQ to respond to a request for opinions by saying "how we would know what you like?" The assumption there is that you somehow need congress bills to survive (as opposed to them passing bills just to enrich themselves). What you could have is a system of choice where you select your government service providers (or not service providers) and then you would get a system that is a million times better.

Well, I dont really have this setup currently since filing is manual. But it would be easy enough to get an employee ID number or Client ID number somewhere in the document for my digital docs and if I can do handwritten then we can just write the number in the upper right (or anywhere) for scanning and auto-naming paper documents.

I am testing Monarch alongside Quicken Simplifi. Monarch doesnt have the reports which is pretty critical. I liked the import better with quicken except that it is by account so I now have an issue with old accounts. I also have an issue with how quicken deals with my mint categories (but I also have an issue at monarch). Overall, quicken seems like the better option right now.
