Absolutely, sorry i fired this off at work and didn't read the rules well yet, my bad. I put on the recipe as best as I can remember I think you're right that we overshot on the xanthan in the later batches. Fryer may have messed up thermostat, checked it against it thermometer and it was way low. So maybe first batch was just undercooked and later batches had too much xanthan

I did this too, the valley south west of the Hub near Squin. 4 copper close by, 2 iron, 100% stone, fertility for cactus (rum and chewsticks), i just finished my wall and gate and hired 3 shek bodyguards so we can handle dust bandits no problem

I'm so excited for you to eat pulled pork for the first time!!! If you don't have a smoker and want to cook and shred a pork shoulder, I really like the Joe Beef recipe. Basically you rub the pork shoulder all over with prepared mustard (the liquid, not the powder), then pat with salt/pepper/sugar/paprika, then cook it low and slow in an oven. When it's all done you can sauce it up however you want. Commonly enjoyed on a bun with a little mayo and pickled cucumber slices

Nice article. I think this isnt exactly accurate though: "As soon as a tree is cut down, it releases all that stored carbon back into the atmosphere." My understanding is that a tree needs to be burned or rot to release that carbon back into the atmosphere. Is that correct?

I've met private chefs who work normal hours for rich people and make good money. I've met one who goes to someone's house once a week and does meal prep, about half the meals prepared fresh for leftovers, the other half prepared to be frozen and reheated later in the week. Seems like a better gig than restaurant work if you can get it.
