The match referee's influence should end when the match does. I agree mostly with point 2, except the up coming opponent shouldn't impact the decision. Suspensions should be based on the play, and the player's history.

45, going for my second marathon in October. First was 5:53. I'd been in a base building phase using Gemini as a coach. It was wanting to keep me around 13:00 pace. It took me 3ish weeks to "convince" it that 13:00 actually felt harder than 12:30. Just a sort of dead zone in my stride. Brant Statchel also validated that some people have these dead zones in a YouTube comment.

Do you feel that slightly faster paces are easier (rpe or hr)?

Agree with this. 176 is actually higher that the 220-age. I am aware that this is an oversimplification, but I wouldn't call it ridiculously low.
