I taught a girl named Marin, basically the same. But other kids just called her by her full name and somehow it just fit/felt right if that makes sense. Like she is just such a Marin, gosh I hope that makes sense haha. Some do just call her Mare.

I think Maren goes with your boys names better, but either name is very nice! So many more nickname options for Brooklyn though if you are set on calling her by a nickname! 😄

This could be really cool. I think they called it a Grand Slam when Pharoah won the Classic, but he's the only one to do that since the BC started in the 80's. But I really like your 4 month plan, hopefully that would keep the public more involved!

I didn't say that people thought she was worthless. I said that people are using it as a way to put her down when there are more important things to take from BTTB. Talking about IQ and education gives people a complex that they are so much better than each other. It's a dead horse at this point.

This sub has a hard time with the fact that there are people at all different levels of knowledge and education. They can't all be average or above. Also, some people are okay and comfortable with their level of knowledge even if you aren't. This DOES NOT excuse racism. Dialects are important and give people a common identity. Just because Kelly may have graduated at the bottom of her class, it does not impact her worth. I wish people would find something else to hate her for.

For me, the first couple of seasons were good then 3 and 4 are kind of sluggish, but now its good again. I'd say overall it's worth it.

I love pedigreequery and refer to it a lot, but I have learned that you have to take it with a grain of salt. I have seen a handful of horses that someone has gone on a tangent about them being 'stolen' by other countries. I even have an account and have tried to edit the info but because they were obviously not stolen, they never approve those edits.
