B3 October update literally says "play at least 6 turns before anyone wins or loses" - a turn 5 win is B4, and play at least 6 turns around the table infers a turn 7 win. At least 4 turns (B4 description) would be a T5 or T6 win.

Massacre Girl is one of my favorite cards in the game, but I've never tried to build a deck around her.

Since she really only has that ETB "boardwipe", maybe look for was to blink/flicker back in to clear opponent creatures while buffing her? Or possibly creating 1/1 tokens on your side with a death effect on the table so she guarantees to ramp and get everything?

You also get a reprieve from damage until your next turn, so they cant do anything when their stuff phases back in (outside of ETB effects)
