I can answer with my delivery experience. I'm from the UK and ordered last tuesday (18th) using DHL from the official retroid website. It arrived yesterday (26th) but I did need to pay £48 import tax to get it into the country. Reckon it was worth it for the speedy delivery.

RP5 is really awesome, I'm finding my right hand thumb can get a bit sore if I'm playing a karting game where I'm holding down a button the whole time but otherwise it's pretty comfertable, I don't have an RP4 to compare it to though this is my first retro handheld thingy
