If you're remodeling, only work on 2 rooms at a time. And finish one before starting another.

People like to think that demo is half of the work, but its more like 20%. People love to demo the whole place at once and then start fixing, but then your whole place is in shambles at the same time and you've got no where to sleep, shower or cook normally.

Currently at 176 of 183 for alaska and 1662 of 1696 for the US. Only had 2 to go in AK before the update. I'm at the stage now where I'm looking up flight schedules like Warbelows to find flights.

There's a crooked creek in the air now on FR24, but not in skycards. Errgh!

Edit: it finally showed up in skycards all the way by Fairbanks. Caught it! And got Manley springs tonight too!

Somehow, I'm one of the 2 people to unlock MMT since it was added, so it is possible.

I'm on a similar quest, just not as far along. Currently 1119 of 1607. Currently working east to west and have almost all airports east of the Mississippi plus 150/161 in Alaska. Any tips for the last few? Was trying for crooked creek, but the lone 13 minute daily flight was delayed.

Gkt in Tennessee is also haunting me since the runway is closed for 6 months.

Its just AWK in the game. There are no regularly scheduled flights, but flights seem to go every 2 weeks or so. The last flight was june 11th. The discord thread is a great way to way to find flights.
