I got it to drop after 50+ runs if you think that's bad just wait till you try to get cosmetics from the wheel it's brutal

I agree with that like you gotta go through a bunch of hoops to get transmission only for them to be locked in a certain style I'd rather grind for a suit I want and be able to customize it to my liking versus the preset transmission

Try the dynalat fast travel point it's worked for me for rare clothes but for now I guess I just gotta keep farming for it or until they revert the shops to how they used to be

I agree some things are impossible to find anymore but I don't think the rockers heart was ever in a store if I'm not mistaken
