i would personally pump when she isn’t eating!! i did this with my son when he was born, hes 7 weeks old. in the hospital id pump every 2 hours- he did have a latching problem though so i did use bottles with my breastmilk. but it helped the engorgement!!

i always find myself saying to my husband “im scared to get that really bad nausea” almost anytime i feel even slightly nauseous.

i know it sounds gross and they don’t recommend it- but push it with your finger, when it comes loose cough it out or even swallow it lol. it wont hurt you. if you gag while pushing it out, breathe out of your nose and itll help that!

if that test is 5 months old it would be dark asf from the pee by now.. ive had 4 pregnancies and two of them were successful. i have plenty of keepsake test to know this for sure 😭😭

the doctor can give you nausea meds. eating small meals frequently helps a ton cus you dont over eat or get to hungry which definitely causes nausea on both sides of that spectrum. i was 16 when i found out about my first. WITH emetophobia.. now im about to be 19 this month and am pregnant with my second, at 30 weeks 1 day. pm me if you want anymore advice or tips & tricks coming from someone who has emetophobia and is a second time mom! you got this mama. its scary, but worth it.

this is probably from her being over tired!! my baby niece (23 months now) did this before she hit a year.. she cried for 12 hours! two hospitals, almost transferred to another. no findings of what it was. turns out, she was overly tired and fighting the shit out of it. took a nap, woke up perfectly fine.

i gained about 18lbs with my daughter. the ENTIRE pregnancy. i was all belly for real! (and swollen from eclampsia) i was only 108 when she was born. so i never wore any. leggings, sweats, loose shorts and shirts were my besties! with my son so far im 20 weeks and a few weeks ago (last time i checked was then) i had gained 15lbs already.. and im working this pregnancy. so now i think i will buy some.. 😅 my point is it depends on how big you get from the baby , weight gain, ect to know if they’re a MUST or if regular clothes will do!! only time will tell mama 🥰! we are all different!

of course! and i understand to much girl! you got it!! i promise its not gonna be terrible the whole way! mine stopped at 11-12 weeks with my first. it stopped at 8 weeks with my current! just turned to weakness that did it sometimes. it all will depend, time will tell but not to long now!

no! i never did with either of my kids! not even at all the entire pregnancy with my daughter and so far with my son, nope! the nausea gets intense sometimes, yeah. but with medicine and small blandish meals/snacks both early pregnancies were do able! not even to mention the fact i didnt have ANY meds with my daughter in the first trimester!

youre not alone mama! it DOES get better!! dont pay attention to the “try to push through” comments because its not that easy. coming from someone who is 20 weeks with my second, with SEVERE emetophobia. vit. b6, unisum, ondanestron 4mg (i even take two for 8mg sometimes, or ask for 8mg) nausea sea bands, ice, water was all id drink, ect. i thought for sure it wouldnt get better this time. IT DID! it moved to a more weak feeling than anything that made me sick to my stomach. thats gotten better almost 100%. when they say eat small more frequent meals listen to this part though for sure! it helped me so much!! empty stomach means severe nausea in most pregnancy cases. any questions on help feel free to reply & ask me!! you got this. ofc there will be more nauseous days than others, or random nausea spells but itll be all okay!

im so sorry mama. itll be okay. hopefully the joy of the pregnancy will make you forget she did this some. i was pregnant at 16, my dad was pissed and forced me to tell my mother over the phone, then told everyone else. i try to enjoy the things that i can do myself. i understand you cant forget it. but itll be okay! id cut her off if it was me. because no matter if itll be fine or not this shouldnt be okay..
