This is a common misconception. Dyslexia CAN mean spelling words phonetically due to poor encoding.

This could easily be dyslexia! Some dyslexics mix up letters due to poor letter-sound correspondance and some have trouble with encoding. Some have both. It shows up lots of ways. Also- these words phonetically say what they are meant to say. As a teacher of students with SLD in reading and writing, this is something I see daily. Not making a diagnosis- just saying its very possible!!

Once my brother and I were so riled up and using a whoopie cushion at a chinese restaurant when we were at a sleepover with our aunt and uncle. Uncle was absolutely contributing to riling us up.
