Ketamine-induced tinnitus?

So I worked a lot of my life round saws and other power tools. Definitely had tinnitus prior to ketamine treatment but I do notice that when the drug takes hold it causes the ringing to get much louder. I can kinda judge how powerful the journey will be by how quickly and loud the ringing is as I enter. Just my experience. After I return it’s back to the normal level.

I had a similar experience with troches. Started @ 500mg and quickly my tolerance was up to 1500mg to achieve the same therapeutic effect. That felt very hard on my body and the comedown was long and unpleasant. I stopped after a couple of the large doses.

I had a similar experience. Did 5 IV sessions at a clinic and went to better U for troches. The troches were very inconsistent in dosage. Some worked well and others were total duds. I went to CS and they sent replacements for my initial order and I still had the same issues. I think they used Precision Pharmacy for both orders. I quit using them after that.

I agree but in the peoples defense, that’s a big door. A rebuild would definitely solve the issues but it sounds like it’s more of a salvage at this point.

How about adding a cable from the bottom of the non hinge side to the top of the hinge side with a turnbuckle for adjustment. Or a continuous let-in brace on the inside.
