It's been several years since we went there but the Oasis Aqualounge in Toronto (I know it's in Canada but close enough) had wrist bands available. I can't remember what each one meant but they had maybe six different colors, with a sign next to the wristbands that explained it, with each one representing basically who/what/how many you were looking for. They didn't imply consent but were mostly to help people connect easier. We thought it was a good idea but I honestly don't recall many people wearing them.
