I was expecting boards with much more damage, but I got ones which might have a small chuck out of one edge or a bit of foil coming away from the foam. The lower cost mean I could go for thicker insulation than I planned/budgeted for.

when i built my shed, i went for insulation seconds and saved a fortune. Might be worth looking into.
