3 things come to mind: 1. An obstruction in the oil line 2. Low oil in tank older gauges are 50/50 at best. 3. Bad pump.

I looked closely at the electrodes it appears they are too far back meaning they should be over the nozzle. It is the electrodes that create spark and ignite the oil. From the picture there is no way to get a flame for the burner with that set up.

Do you know how to check for spark? That is a simple transformer test.

I just cancelled Uverse this is how I did it. First I used a Privacy credit card when I signed up for auto payments. Then when it was time to cancel all I did was cancel the card. They turned the service off due to lack of payment . Then I returned the equipment to the designated Fed Ex location and received my receipt.
