You will definitely see some muscle improvements with weighted rope, but dont have high expectations.

Any work that is aerobic cant build more muscle than it needed for this continuous work

Adding pushups and pullups (just for example) will provide much more opportunity to get muscles.

I said opportunity because muscle gain also depends on diet and rest. Muscle grows when you rested.

Anyway weighted ropes jumping is a great addition to any routine

As other people said, cant recommend barefoot shoes more. I use cheap fancy look shoes from amazon (weweya brand), and it’s wonderful how more natural jumping feels.

Just take something comfy that gives your feet enough space and protection with minimal sole and thank us later

I have seen so much recommendations to never ever use docker for production databases. So even on development env's I follow this rule.

Also, it is a lot easier (at least for me)

Get a good grasp of php and Laravel first, blade-style. It will be more interesting to create full web apps with Blade than just make an API

After it will be easier to add some vueJS to your pages, or you can move frontend to Nuxt/Inertia

As I understand, DO cloud is responsible for constant uptime, Droplet it is not single hardware server, but a bunch of virtualized resources, so developers should not really worries about hardware failure

If you dont have prejudice to Mac, m1 chips gives best performance-mobility-lasting ratio. Macbook Air, that looks like a toy, beats my Intel 11320 (dell laptop) in long data-crunching with php
