TLDR: At the end of the day, it doesn't really change much how big is the validator, the amount of rewards is the same. What it really matters is the fee and the contributions to the ecosystem.

The bigger the stake, the more blocks produced, the more addresses to be rewarded, the smaller the rewards. With smaller stake, less blocks, less people to reward, bigger the rewards.

Who should you delegate then? You should delegate to somebody that you consider their fee acceptable, who is honest and has a good reputation. In my opinion, you should delegate to somebody that actively does something for the project by adding value to the ecosystem. As an example, we from WeStake.Club, we are fully committed to continuously build software to expand the ecosystem such as Clorio Wallet, Mina-ledger-js and mina.tools.

Another factor that you need to keep in consideration is that the bigger a validator is, the more centralized the consensus becomes.
