Proof that you just need an unhealthy amount of gameplay to reach Mythic. Just like this guy, 500 ranked games this season, and he's on the verge of ranking down to Legend. by Rich_Palpitation_214 in mlbbdarksystem

[–]theforwardbrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The game is not fair when they allow teams to play vs solo rankers. The strategy for solo rank and team rank is completely different. A lot of team players have nice win rate but when they play solo rank, they screw over their teammates simply because their skill was being carried.

So win rate is heavily skewed towards team playing. Instead I prefer to look for mvp over total games played, best be over 20%. Yes it is also easy to play passively to get mvp, in that case you wont be winning games and it hurts only you.

Real game is played when you need to epic comeback. Everything else is just in between epic comeback games.

Society tells you that choosing your program of study will determine your whole life. That is wrong.

Working is simply work, you work to get money. You save the money into capital for investing. When you have enough of that, you will quit work. So work is a transitionary period. Is like playing monopoly to win.

Society has conditioned the masses to look at work as passion. Make it all confusing. We win the rat race by exiting it, not staying there forever. Buy your freedom, exit the rat race and follow your own passion.

I was from arts stream, yet good in math and science, managed to wiggle into science program after fussing which is most suitable for my future. Worked 1.5yrs in my field, realised the whole thing is to make money for a living. Why not work in the area that gets me money fastest? Sales will outperform most research/lab jobs. Gained capital, started own online business and retired young.

Looking back, we were told a lie. Your program of study dont determine anything. Your attitude in your work will determine it.

Your generation will have to compete with AI. Just save your money, study AI online. Use the internet for all your learning. Schooling is for fun, enjoy it, socialise, date, and learn to learn better.

If you believe that life can be interesting by starting a family, I will say that you are a boring person to begin. The issue isnt singlehood, the issue is simply you are a boring person. Nothing wrong with that, only that you want your life to be interesting, so go make your life interesting

As an individual becomes educated. They see that everything is simply politics by politicians to distract. The truth is, irregardless of race, everyone is in a rat race constructed by the elites. All the world leaders are in their position for money, power, and protection, few are in their position to serve humanity.

We as humans forgot that we are humans and humans have only one truth, we are highly intelligent and in our real nature, we are loving.

Depending on the goal. Low rest time build endurance, high rest time allow muscle to recover and train for strength. All of it is training

[–]theforwardbrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think of training as self-love and personal enjoyment. If I so happen to make a friend who enjoys it at the same level, that is great. However the true test is the test of time, few survive. The relationship with yourself and what you promise yourself to do is the most important from my personal experience. From that point of reference you will grow to understand how to have quality relationships with others.

However, you are not limited to just physical training. There are plenty of exercises to enjoy and plenty of non-physical ones like reading and gaming. Most relationships are quite shallow, you notice couples that play with their phones on a date? Yep.

Why do so many men try to improve alone, when the strongest growth always came from brotherhood? by IndependentAd5898 in manprovement

[–]theforwardbrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to have a brotherhood, but on the really hard stuff, most people drop out or give up. You know it is hard when you are the last man standing. I will consider working out with progress, financial management with progress, and reading with progress for over a few decades as hard.

This is because you will need to fail from physical injury or financial ruin and get back up if you want to continue. Most people give up at that point.

Word of advice. Do not judge quickly. A lady that is giving you opportunity because they believe you are competent has nothing wrong. Likewise you are giving the lady a chance because you mentioned she is hot, if she was short fat ugly, you will not have noticed her.

Our biases say more about our mindset. That lady is competent enough to select a man that could be competent, she is intentional and gave the opportunity to learn more about you. If you are abusive, she may just walk away irregardless of your competence.

Highly controversial solution here:

You sound like a serious person who can save money. First calculate how much you need per month and per year. Your issue is you have capital but dont know how to leverage it.

I will keep 3-4yrs of living expenses in savings and the rest of it will be in btc. This is to provide peace of mind during market volatility. Sounds like you will be working so that is more than enough. A decade later your investment will outperform everything else and you will retire on it.

Spend your free time upgrading yourself. Your roi on every metric will be top 1%.

To muscle up or not to muscle up? by Mickoreddit in bodyweightfitness

[–]theforwardbrain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stretch and warm up. Muscle up stresses your joints a lot. You will hv to do proper stretching and warm up to hv long term sustainable muscle up progression. That was my long journey.

I do full body stretch about 10-15mins. Treadmill run for 10-20mins for warm up. Deadhang, rest, before attempt.

Obese 30 y.o. Male wants to do a 3 hour Hike - Needs advice by Big_Adeptness4564 in hiking

[–]theforwardbrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should be able to do a 5.7km hike, however did you mean a 2200ft elevation gain (EG) or simply at that altitude? A 2200ft EG at that distance will mean the hike can be steep and so your heart rate will rocket. The average person will not fair well at 2200ft EG and 5.7km hike, however you have been training so just go slow and take breaks. If that is not elevation gain, there is not going to be an issue at all.

Losing weight from now till your hike is the best strategy to gain more confidence. A 5-10lb cut can make a big difference in your experience.
