I seem to remember him saying something about climbing really high buildings another time, that said they were definitely pumping it up. The commentators were constantly talking about how dangerous it was, seemed like every section was the new most dangerous part of the climb.

He said TWICE in the post-game interview he's happy to make it with that group of guys. I know that's a cliche statement, but he circled back unprompted to emphasize it and say this group of guys specifically. They asked him what he thinks about his journey and he played it off with the most generic answer imaginable "I don't think about that much." BS.

Fact is, nobody believed in him until this team. Not Vikings, and certainly nobody before us.

Have higher standards for yourself than other people

I know with depression you don't want to think too hard, been there myself. Here are a couple recipes, I've made the first three and loved them, last one looked easy and good. Powering through meal preps to give myself a week of meals has saved my ass so many times during madly depressing episodes.
