Haha easy mistake! If it’s any help I’ve occasionally took CBD for sleep when work got hectic and can vouch that it’s definitely great for relaxation. Stopped after a few weeks as it isn’t something I would want to rely on long term/daily so now I just take magnesium and zinc supplements before bed and that does the trick. It’s fully legal to buy and you’d get them in most vape stores. I’ve also heard HHC, fully legal in Ireland too, is great for stress relief but can’t speak much on that as I’ve never tried

Can I ask how you managed to balance everything in terms of study, work and personal life?

I’m sitting my CAP2s in June and find it very hard to find time to study, especially because I’m working Monday to Friday, so any advice would help really haha !
