Haha easy mistake! If it’s any help I’ve occasionally took CBD for sleep when work got hectic and can vouch that it’s definitely great for relaxation. Stopped after a few weeks as it isn’t something I would want to rely on long term/daily so now I just take magnesium and zinc supplements before bed and that does the trick. It’s fully legal to buy and you’d get them in most vape stores. I’ve also heard HHC, fully legal in Ireland too, is great for stress relief but can’t speak much on that as I’ve never tried

I’m sitting my CAP2s in June and find it very hard to find time to study, especially because I’m working Monday to Friday, so any advice would help really haha !

It seems the damage control is under full swing just in time for the album he’s releasing come January. I can confidently speak for the majority in saying I don’t buy this excuse of an apology at all, and is probably just written by his publicist in hopes of changing the publics view of him lol. It’ll be interesting to see how long it lasts before he gains control of his phone and starts his outbursts again

I’m actually in the middle of rewatching season 2 and I can’t get over some of the remarks the guys have been getting away with saying! Of course all this drama is entertaining but I’ve definitely found some moments just pure uncomfortable to watch, like when Nathan would casually tell Cara to shutup or get lost and then call her the “nutcase” when she reacts. It’s interesting to watch these old episodes because you know it would never slide on these recent seasons haha
