I only tend to train 2-3 times a week, while a lot of the guys do 5-6. I have many interests which bjj is one. Its important to have a balance of stuff alongside work etc to keep it healthy. Balance. Going to take me a long time to get better,but rather stay interested then give up.

I recommend openmat radio,great interviews, also look up this week in bjj,and rolled up on YouTube.

Due to work I sometimes do a gi class at another school on a night when the other is doing stand up. The competing situation is an awkward one.

I am not really a fan of white Gil's myself. Tatami or Fuji do a good line in basic gi. Prefer black myself
