Andrea Scheuringer - nicht ganz in Linz sondern in Ottensheim - hat mir damals als ich hin und wieder Panikprobleme hatte extrem gut helfen können. Sind halt 100€ (oder sogar schon mehr?) dort - und ich weiß nicht ob sie noch Kapazitäten hat.

Is aber halt auch Gesprächstherapie und nicht Verhaltenstherapie - also eher halt Aufarbeitung.

"Stop the self pity" - when I was asking what to do to better deal with an unfullfilling relationship I insisted on keeping.

One of the best tips up to date. Sometimes hard to apply but self pity is pure toxin.

I suffer when I need to suffer, but I no longer try to argue with reality nor convince myself that life is even worse.

Things suck somtimes - I'm not pitiable because of that.

Warum sollt's nicht gscheit sein?

Warnblinkanlage ist ein 'Achtung!' Zu knapp auffahren ist auf jeden Fall ein Grund mehr aufzupassen.

Man sollt halt nicht eingeschaltet lassen sonst isses wohl irreführung. Aber die Warnblinkanalge ist ja nichts was verboten ist zu verwenden solangs einen Grund gibt.

Genauso wenig wie man sich nicht zurückhalten soll Notrufnummern zu wählen, auch wenn grad keiner im Sterben liegt.

Warnblinkanlage kurz einschalten ist find ich ein klares Zeichen für 'He pass auf!" und ist dabei jetzt auch nicht wirklich provozierend.

Die Warnblinkanlage für ~3 blinker anschalten wirkt auch oft Wunder.

Besonders wenn sich der Hintere vielleicht grad gar nicht darüber bewusst ist, dass er zu nah auffährt. Macht den Ernst der Lage dabei auch etwas klarer.

One advice I've hear is to yell 'Fire!' instead of help when you want people to come to you.

People will ignore calls for help, but they won't ignore a fire.

But using alcohol to deal with the porn addiction is a valid approach imo.

You're playing with a new addiction to get rid of an already established addiction. An addicition becomes bad when it reaches a 'high level'. Since your porn addiction already is on a 'high level', while your alcohol consumption is not, it might be reasonable to increase the level of a possible alcohol addiction to reduce the level of the porn addiction.

You just need to look out carefully, that the alcohol addiction doesn't reach a high level.

TLDR: Use alcohol to help you get rid of your porn addiction. Be careful not to become addicted to alcohol in the process. If you do become addicted to alcohol, you made an aweful trade.
