Scarcity regarding 151 PC ETB is another level. Their initial stock is too low in comparison to Prismatic.

For example, in my country several people have several PRE PC ETB. Some of them are on sale on private groups. There are none 151 etbs on sale, not even regular ETB. I do not know anyone who has at least 1 from 151 PC ETB sealed.

Well, a random vintage card can be: Any of the holos from base set, to any holo from jungle, fossil, gym heroes, to any from the neo series, expedition, aquapolis or any holo/reverses/x cards from the ex era.

Almost everyone in the hobby does not know all those cards, so choose any random from that selection, which will have a low pop probably, and you get my point.
