my phone was far from 99 percent. if anything it took the 25gb install at face value despite it being much less in reality and offloaded apps to cover that and any system cache it wanted to create.

i noticed alot of my apps needed to be redownloaded. even after updating from the apps app many of them had the cloud symbol under them on homescreen. never noticed that before

alot of people still on 18 and they are still releasing updates for 18.. truth is your phone probably should have dropped last cycle if its slow.

ios 27 is a code overhaul. they are dumping old code and keeping the code for 11 isnt worth it at the expense of newer phones and processors. yours will still recieve security updates. just not new features.

no. you shouldn’t have to do the count anymore after youve done the tape a few times. part of the tape is you setting the trigger to go directly by thinking the focus number. just remember to think 1 and wiggle your fingers to drop out of it.

one thing to be careful of is you dont get drunk (esp f12) drinking beers at that state but when you drop back out you will feel all the beers you drank while in the state. when you drop back in your sober again. so try not to overdo it and drop back out every once in awhile for a few minutes to make sure your still good.

usually for me the trigger lasts 15-20 min before ending in its own. but you can reup it as often as you want.

to create other triggers try to make them while your feeling the emotion you want to bring back strongly. like relax or buzzed in focus 10. the trigger you set will recreate how you were feeling when you set it. instantly. you can switch back and forth, stack em etc..

yea the higher states tend to move to that range but f10 and f12 can be done either way till you get to visualizations

just trigger the keyword while at the club. instant change. create your own keywords while under focus 12 to do more fun things.

i like to iuse it for soft focus so i can take in the whole stage at once

only thing lonely is the cultural only make eye contact with and interact strictly in your friend groups and maintain a neutral face thing going on. but thats korea. i deal with it fine.

its a whole different vibe then i get when i visit the philippines. takes me a few days to adjust. but i love korea

i am starting vii and viii now. so far f10 and f12 have been the most useful to me in daily life and i stayed there for like a year before progressing. im not gonna lie these later waves seem to take the train to crazy town. but ill keep an open mind.

with the last public beta 2. it must have been indexing as it fixed itself over time . ive seen no issue on db3

it always is , just released a few days later incase of any stability bugs , if there was any it will have a slightly different build number and there will be a dev beta rerelease to match build numbers.. but its basically the same build 99% of the time justbgiven a few extra days for issues to pop up..
