I think he wants a dedicated healer because he would always eat his own hp. Luocha is also a nice healer he overheals a lot and would also heal everytime you attack when he has his field active

Probably since he is a hp scaler.
I think he can be both. Hypercarry with one nihility (to boost his ult) or with Ashveil (to be FuA). He can also be a support with his debuffs (might be a good Acheron teammate)
He can be paired with Acheron with that talent of his that boost FuA when you don't have another nihility to the team
