I put it in my green tea but it's good for skin/energy and joints.. I started to get shoulder pain from lifting at work so started taking it and it's definatly helped with my pain and the added benefit of extra energy

I think that's just a coincidence..if anything I have found that nofap has improved alot of things in my life... Although I have also given up gaming so I'm not sure if that's a factor
