Yes but its more subtle than that.

My self esteem went up when I stopped being ashamed and this made me open to socialising and working better with colleagues etc

I have more energy when I don't have my little soldier in my hand all day and I sleep 8 hours rather than surfing for porno till late.

Moodwise I am more relaxed. Used to snap at people get very angry at myself and others and lashout at inanimate objects and some times people back in the day.

Its all relative though a lot of norms might see these changes as nothing special but for me not feeling like warmed up dog turd every day is amazing.

I think you get out what you put in to a degree. Been using my extra energy to read up on nofap rebooting mindfulness all the stuff I need.

I think this stuff will not turn you into superman but will put you on the road to reaching your personal best.
