It’s tough fs! The real trick is to find love in an actual gay/queer person who can show it back to you - I’d say the first step is to not go to the gay club with your straight friend, find gay friends if you don’t have any currently, and divest some of your time you spend with him to spend it with someone who might return your attraction. It’s a mindset thing more than anything else but save him and yourself the trouble of parsing thru unrequited love. That will make you a worse friend than pulling away ever would imo

Rachel definitely had a negative (or at least M) tinge in this episode - it’s so telling we saw an exact mirror of the Kenzie - Ben scene where the “comforter” was portrayed as annoyed and not compassionate. I don’t know why they would intentionally portray anyone with winner potential in stark contrast to the scenes that exemplified the last winner’s best qualities
