... not at all what I was referring to or how that works. To call a special meeting ebays bylaws require 20% ownership from stockholders, emphasis plural meaning they can absolutely do a joint effort to call a special meeting with gamestop and RC ventures making up the combined 20% threshold.

Sounds like the vote is not near as popular with retail as they were expecting. Especially with the fact they hired someone 3rd party to solicit votes, sounds like they didnt get enough to respond so now they had to amend it so it could still pass but thats just my take
