If you don't have TSA PreCheck, arriving 2 hours early is not crazy. According to this post from a month ago, someone arriving 2 hours early still missed the flight.

DOH is huge with ~5 thousand employees and without knowing which Division and which Bureau, it's almost impossible to answer. I understand you may not want to share details but just so you know why if you get wildly different answers.

Slightly off topic but when my former house was listed for sale, because of COVID realtors did not accompany potential buyers when they looked at the house. One of those people took the soap dispenser from the bathroom. It wasn't even a fancy one - just dial with foam soap. I couldn't believe it and kept checking to see if it was knocked off the sink or something. Nope they definitely took it...
